Valuable Innovations and break-through ideas come most often from the facilitated interaction and exchanges of a motivated group, whether team or working group.

But all too often instead of valuable break-throughs these meetings end in arguments, conflicts and deeper entrenchment in previously held positions. Almost everyone has experienced this. Is there a better way forward to leverage the competence and knowledge of our organization’s members?

My form and style of moderation create a constructive and open atmosphere, in which all points of view are respected. On the basis of this respect, solutions are developed and decisions are made together in a way that supports the clear goals of the organization, and are – very important! - supported by the participants.

Exchange of information, idea generation and opinion formation are promoted and joint results are achieved.
